On trend or not, lace is appealing as it adds a delicate tonal texture, it’s feminine but also a little edgy if worn in creative ways. As usual I have been inspired by Pinterest and found ways that I’m planning to wear it. Under or over, you can layer a posh dress with oversized knits and biker jackets or a tailored belted boyfriend jacket, dress up a white shirt and glam up your ankles with a little tease.

It may take a little time to experiment finding the right look, but its a great way of wearing a dressy fabric for daytime and getting more wears than just special occasion outings.
